When i reach 30mph in 3rd gear and above there sounds like a squealing,but once i am past 30 it disappears,can anyone help me with as to what is causing it.

Maybe its the disc pads touching the discs slightly...does the squeal stop if you brake very lightly?
Also try coasting the bike in neutral, which often highlights chain or transmission problems.
