Mend JVC KD-AV20 Jvc Player Problem

Jvc car stere/cd player?

I just had jvc stereo/cd player installed in my 1987 Honda accord. The problem I have is that I can't insert cd..whatever mechanism activates to bring in the cd..is not working. Is there a way to fix this problem ??
