hi i have a hotpoint wm62 which i have just installed but the washing machine spins but not spinning the water out it empties but not spinning all the water out it worked yesturday but today it s playing up please help
check the drain filter located in the sump hose and CLEAN Now check and CLEAN out the drain pump, and check the operation of pump itself (a new one may be required ) lastly check outlet from the pump to the stand pipe is clear.
