Mend AEG 545i Not Taking Water

AEG Favorit 545i not taking in water?

I inherited this integral dishwasher (AEG Favorit 545i) when i bought my home and it has been fine for 12 months.
Now it has run through the whole programme as asked but taken much longer and the tablet is sitting on the floor of the machine slightly soggy but otherwise untouched. I ran it again and heard the tablet drop with the same results.
All suggestions gratefully recieved.

sounds like you have a blockage in the air chamber but could be other reasons
