using 1 jump lead.connect bat- to gearbox clean metal and retest.if starts then renew gearbox earth lead.if not ,with same set up remove starter solonoid trigger lead(thin 1)and connect flying lead to solonoid terminal,other end touch bat+.if motor spins then faulty ignition switch most probable.
