Mend Beko DWD4310W Dishwasher Blockage Cycle

Beko DWD4310W NOT WORKING, LIGHTS ON BUT NO SOUNDS. ?

Dishwasher , turned on OK today, half way through cycle stopped working. Water in bottom of unit. Lights on, but no other sound etc.

Any answers, machine 6 months old ?

No obvious blockage, and only yesterday put Finish dishwasher cleaner through machine.

something may of jammed in drain pump (pip. glass etc)but with it still under warranty i would call the repair agents out
