Mend Windows Front Problem

windows that are smaller ?

Hi Every one Just had 7 windows a front door and french doors fitted the problem is the french doors catch on the sill and also the front door and all windows are to small for the openings and moved forward. I have payed a independent servay and he condemed all the work i have not been able to contact the company involved and when i do the boss is out. What can i do! I need to remove these windows to render internally and fit better fitting(Sized) windows

send them a letter explaining the problem and tell them you are going to trading standards if work is not put right,you should get a response ater this,if not send a copy of survayers report and letter to trading standards and this will get things moving.
