Mend Ariston Eurocombi A/23 MFFI Boiler Hot Water Temperature

dhw on my ariston eurocombi a/23 mffi gets too hot?

dhw control does not affect temp of water coming out of taps. ie if left to run water reaches max temp before boiler shuts down temporarily. then process repeats until tap is shut off.
