Replace coupler for Kenmore 80 Whirlpool 1997 year old?

can you give me step by step instructions on how to replace the coupler for my Kenmor 80 Whirlpool model number 1108894790. I am a single mom and have no money to pay a tech person. 2 years ago I had a tech guy come out to replace this coupler before but I cant remember how he did it yet it looked so easy as I watched him. thank you!
