Can´t set Veritas 8c?

We had an electrician installing an appliance and he had to switch the electricty off. This invariably set off the alarm. He messed with the alarm and the outcome now is that the alarm will not arm. We enter the code, each press of the button bleeps as usual but when we press full or part, nothing happens.
We do not have an instruction book or reset code or factory default code. Any suggestions. We live in Sapin.

Hi,

It seems he has i his wisdom somehow changed the codes when messing around with it.

The only way is to try 4321 which is the default code (user) then reset, r the default enginer code is 1234 then press program then reset.The only other thing then is to get an alarm engineer to crash and re-program the system.
Its always difficult to solve faults from text!

Where abouts in spain are you living as i know an alarm company over there?
