How can i fix my washing machine,zanussi aquacycle 1000?

My zanussi aquacycle 1000 washing is not filling with water, it is just filling with the detergent and softner water

little bit confused with the question but i am assuming the machine is not taking water in from the mains???.check the tap to the machine is switched on.check for kinked fill hose and check the inlet valve coil resistance.should be 3 to 4 kohms.normally they fail open circuit
