the neon light on my shower switch is not lighting up?

The neon light on my shower switch is not lighting up. It has not tripped at the main fuse box. The water is coming through the shower but is not hot. I cant locate any fuse. Have you any ideas what is wrong.

Yep, Same happened to me. In my case changed the 50a pull switch (from screwfix) and problem solved.

the shower switch may have burnt out, try changeing the switch. but dont forget to turn the power off first
