Just bought a second hand peugeot 206. The battery warning light comes on in the first key position. Then all other warning lights in second key position (which is what I'd expect). Is this how it should be?
Same thing happened to me. Then the next thing I knew I was calling RAC for a home start!!! Battery dead- RAC said battery had completlely had it. Just bought it second hand a month ago! Would suggest you get it checked out as you probably need a new battery. x

as long as the light goes out when the engine is running, no problem!
