How can I fix my Seat Alhambra Car Alarm. 2.0L petrol 1996 SE?

After a flood in the inside front passenger well the alarm kept going off.

Having stopped the flooding (leaves blocking the windscreen drains) if I reconnect the battery the alarm sounds continually. I have tried taking the horn fuse out but it still keeps sounding.

The central locking also keeps opening & closing continually

Is there a reset proceedure or another fix I need to do?

sounds like the electronics under the passenger seat have water in. common problem from what i can make out.find them and dry the electronics modules out and see if it then starts to work correctly.hairdryer does the trick by all accounts!!
