Mend Kenmore Thread Threading Help

How do I thread a Kenmore ultra-stitch 6 sewing machine?

I am really have troubles with threading my sewing machine. It is quite an oldie, and I have gotten no help from anyone yet.
I need to know if anyone knows how to thread this machine.

Go onto the sears web site with the model # and ask for a manual,. Works for most things

google "Kenmore ulta-stitch 6". It will bring you to a listing of pages. The second or third one has all the manuels plus a picture of threading your machine and rewinding bobbins with thread. Wonderful Kenmore site. It also has pictures of your machine so you know you are looking at the right one. Hope this helps you.
