Mend Beko Glacier Fridge Freezer Cooling

how can i fix a beko [glacier] fridge freezer?

my beko fridge/freezer [glacier] is expierienceing cooling problems in the fridge department,whilst the freezer continues to work.i have cleaned the back and turned off for several minutes. also the round black motor like thing is quite hot,also the fridge makes its usual noise when switched on but then seems to die out quite quickly.
