Mend Singer 99 Vintage Sewing Machine

how can I fix vintage singer sewing machine?

I have a model 99 (1925) hand-crank machine, was in perfect working order but started skipping stitches, then sort of clunking every few stitches, now is'nt picking up the bottom thread at all - what can I do??

Sounds like it needs retiming which is quite easy on that model, e-mail me and I will attach instructions but remind me of your model.
