How do I get a Samsung LN-T4053HT out of HOTEL MODE?

I purchsed two of these new in the box from a lost freight liquidator. The only button that works is the power button. I can get to the service menu pressing mute,1,8,2,power then CH+ after power up but even though the HOTEL MODE changes to off, it stays on!!!!
