how do i fix my potterton performa 24 TYPE ECOINTOO CD 56565389?

I HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE SPRING AND SUMMER THE HEATING IS COMING ON WHEN IT IS WARM I HAVE CHANGED THE PROGRAMMER BUT STILL THE HEATING COMES ON I HAVE TRIED GETTING YOUR MANUAL OFF THE WEB SITE BUT IT SENT ME BACK TO YOUR HOME PAGE HELP

the problum seems2 be reverce cerculation it maybethat as the return from the hot water circet returns it flows into the return from rads causing them 2 heat
