Mend Vauxhall Omega 2.5 V6 Blowing Air Small

Omega 2.5 v6 blowing an air pipe?

there is a small pipe about 3" long by 1/2" dia joining two metal pipes at the front right of the engine, its an air pipe as i can hear it sucking air in, it keeps blowing this rubber pipe
i have had LPG fitted about 18 months ago, as anybody got anyideas why it keeps blowing, many thanks, Pieman

I now know what it is, its the pipe for warming up the cat when it is first started, the engine has piston slapp and gases or getting into the sump giving back pressure and blowing the pipe.
How to fix it.....get a new engine...if you can find one..!!
