No Heat?

I have a parnall easy dry tumble dryer that tumbles but won't heat up, i have took off the back but don't have a clue what i am looking for.

Please Help

really if you don't know what you are looking for it is best left to the profesionals but to check it out you will need a meter and the dryer unpluged and you should check the thermal cutouts and the element.
