Mend Pen Would Like Suggestions

I have a pen mark on a PVC Jacket and would like to remove it, suggestions?

I have a ball point pen mark(blue) on my jacket sleeve. What is the safest way to remove this without damaging the jacket? I can't dry clean, iron or anything only lightly wash it will this remove it?

Milk removes pen marks.
Try soaking the mark with milk overnight and then wash it.

rubbing alcohol does a good job. my boyfriend left a pen in his pocket in the washer. i used q-tips dipped in rubbing alcohol to remove ink from our clothes.
