Whirlpool (2) door Fridge Model WRN32R?

The Freezer seems to be working, The fan is Working, but the fridge section is getting hot. What could be the problem ??

pull out the back panel in the frezer and see if the metal drain tray is full of ice if you have a portable steam uniy they are cheap steam the ice on the left side rear as that is the drain point then you will here it drain into the tray above the compressor
