Mend Whirlpool ET21DKXDW05 Refrigerator Coils Defrost

Refrigerator will not get cold?

My refrigerator and freezer is not getting cold! It is a 1997 Whirlpool, model ET21DKXDW05. I have cleaned the coils, cleaned the defrost pan and checked the cord. It lights up at full power but neither section will get cold.
