Sorry this is so late but if you call the BT number (0870 605 8047 or free on 0800-1456-789) B.T. will e-mail you a copy or provide a hard copy (£4.99) free for e-mail!

I used www.saynoto0870.com to find a free-phone version of the number! Every little helps!
