Mend Toyota 1996 Corolla Reset Replaced Works

How do I reset a security system in a 1996 Toyota Corolla?

We replaced the battery and nothing in the car works, it does not even turn over. The manual said that if you replace the battery it deactivates the starter. There is power to the head lights and the dome light and the cd player ejects, but nothing else works not even the radio. Also the keyless entry remote does not work even after we replaced the battery.

You will have to take it to a Toyota dealer. The code has to be reset by them. Everything is wiped out after 15 minutes with a dead battery (even "check engine" codes".
