Mend Worcester 400 Highflow Combi Hot Cold

how can i fix my combi highflow 400?

my combi worcester 400 highflow when running hot water it will not maintain the temp goes cold then hot very erratic, any suggestions

Worcester Worcester 400 Highflow Heating, Home Heating Systems Combi Worcester Hot Cold

either the inline mains water filter is partially blocked (remove and wash out) or the dhw thermister is faulty, or finally the dhw heat excahnger is scaled up and will need treating or replacing
