Mend Electrolux EDB710X Oven Double Heating Element

How do i fix my electrolux edb710x bottom oven?

my oven is a double oven and the top oven works fine, the bottom oven doesnt heat up. The light comes on and the fan works. When it went it tripped the breaker in the consumer unit. unsure if it is element or somthing else.the model is electrolux edb710x Can anyone advise if it is the element or something else?..and is the element easy to change?...thanks
