1527 is the same but you un do the 3 bolts on the cam& pump 1/4 of aturn to get the belt on better... start by making the 3 pullys crank has line on it at top when looking down on it, cam has slot with bolt hole in a U shape so does pump it is not need ed but is a good guide whenyou get the belt on ,if your marks line up your belt is ok, start at crank over roller move pump round 1 tooth feed belt on move cam same lay belt on (do not remove bolts you will lose timing points) feed over water pump under roller with square hole then on cam, KEEP belt tensioned over crank and pump when fitting to cam, ajust tension to beltwith 2Kg and add 1/16 -1/8 of a turn to over load belt hold for 5-10 mins (cup of tea )slacken reload to 2KG
