How can I remove the gear set under the race and hooK. I have not been able to remove the bottom one. It has a set screw on the side that has been unscrewed, but the gear will not budge. Thanks. Frances

Usually two allen screws hold the bottom gear on and it might be a bit tight to get the gear off but a little bit of pressure with a screwdriver.
