Mend Ryobi PLT3043s Runs Choke Stalls

How can i tune the carb on a Ryobi PLT3043s?

Its a Ryobi plt 3043s that only runs on half choke stalls on run set on carby .Its 30cc & it driving me nuts.I think i just need to know how to ajust the fule & air mix on thing.Thanks

Turn the L (upper) mixture screw anticlockwise a little if it is possible.

Seems a bit prone to the carby getting dirty, so it may need to be removed and cleaned if this doesn't work (i.e. the screw is already against the stop.)

Hey! which was which - I am having exactly the same problem and haven't managed to get it going yet. Did you manage to get the air filter off?
