Mend Homelite UT20042A Starts Speed Stalls

my homelite UT20042A will not run?

The motor starts and runs at full speed for about a minute then stalls, even after being warmed up. Cannot move the choke setting to C ever, stalls immeidately. What could be the issue?

You need to replace the carb. The choke can not be replaced on that carb
