Mend Kenmore 790 Model Gas Oven

Kenmore elite Model 790 gas range?

Electronic keypad is not functioning, oven door is locked. My daughter pushed all the buttons and nothing is working. She was trying to bake something and didn't know how to turn the oven on/off. She couldn't trouble shoot using the manual. Any ideas?
