Mend Canon IR5070 Photocopier Error Code

Error code e000005-0000 on ir5070?

I keep getting the error code e000005-0000 and I don't know how to fix it. Can someone please tell me what's going on?

Press the (shutdown)key. after the machine has been stut down, turn the main power switch(on the right side of the main unit) off&on again
if the machine still does not operate normally. contact your service representative with the error code below e000005-0000

inside the fixing unit (the hot bit) The rollers are cleaned by a web. This is a roll of cloth type material that is slowly wound on for each copy. E005 means this cleaning web has come to its end. It will require a new one.
