E019 means the waste toner is full or the machine thinks it is. Easy to fix. Look at the left hand side of the machine. At the bottom rear corner there is a pannel held on by 1 screw. Behind it is the waste toner container. Empty this out into a good plastic bag avoiding the dust. This waste is ok to put into normal waste. In the neck of the container are two small windows. Make sure these are clean. The level of toner is detected by a beam through these windows so make sure the beam transmitter and reicever led's in the machine are also clean. put it all back together and power cycle the machine. All should now be ok.
