vectra 1.6 16v losing water there's no leaks?

my vectra 1.6 16v N-REG is losing water very quickly but there are no leaks, my oil is not black and is grey and sludgey what are the possible causes of this?

water getting into the oil & poss out the exhaust...most likely cylinder head gasket blown.
