how can i re-programme my alarm on 97 ford mondeo 16v saloon?

insert key in to ignition turn key to position 2 untill red pats light on clock stays on solid turn key back to position 0 and remove key step out of car and point key at sensor on outer door handle push and hold foward arrow and hold whilst pressing rear arrow three times now release foward arrow step into car and turn to position 2 again then back to position 0 remove key. test (note only for cars with sensor on handle if no sensor read below) insert key into ignition turn key to position 2 and back to position 0 do this 3 or 4 times in a quick manner red pats light on clock will come on solid when this happens turn key to position 0 and press foward arrow the red pats light will flash on and off when it stops flashing turn key back to position 2 and then back to position 0 and remove key. test.
