CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW TO GET TO THE INSIDE OF THE UNIT TO REMOVE IT FROM A WALL TO ALLOW ALTERATIONS THE CABLE FEEDS THROUGH THE WALL AND INTO THE UNIT THANKS
insert a small flat screwdriver into the two slots at the bottom of the keypad, release the clips and remove from the backplate.
The 24hr tamper will sound. enter your user code to silence.
re-fitting. top first then the bottom until it clicks.
