Mend Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher Locked

How can unlock my Kenmore Ultra Wash Keypad?

My Kenmore Ultra Wash dishwasher is stuck in locked mode, making all the other buttons on the keypad non-functioning. I have tried to unlock it using the mfg. instructions by pushing the lock keypad for 4 seconds, tried cutting off the power to the dishwashwer, tried leaving it open to delete the memory...Help! I don't want to wash all those dishes by hand!

I just recently had the same problem and I threw my main dishwashing circuit breaker and left it off for a couple of days..... and WA-LA..... it reset the mechanism and it's good as new.

I had fix similar problem too.
This is what you have to do.First you have to removed all screws (torque tipe) around the door, (inside)there is 8 srews;then the door will split in 3 parts (no worries).Inside the middle part there is a large black plastic cover;unsnap and removed.(this is the protection cover for computer circuit.Last step is unplug the large greay wire on the computer circuit, then turn the power on and then reconnect that cable while the power is on .this should reset the entire program you have done before,including favorite.The most important part is,note where all parts attched each other. Sorry about this vocabulary,I'm a french speaking and still learning that language. Good luck
