how can I fix my black and decker GL741?

Strimming our garden and the rotar stops turning although it is still making the strimming noise yet just abit more hollow a sound than usual. Have only had it a year!!!

The Drive belt has broken like mine. I bought mine in June 07 and have used it 20 times Max. B and D have just replaced it, because of the 2 year warrenty. I now will dread using it for fear of a repeat breakage as others have suffered ( search for GL741 breakdowns on the net
