my gardenline petrol hedge trimmer starts OK and goes when cold, when it gets hot it stops and goes,i have changed the plug but it is still the same, anybody got any idea what could be the problem, many thanks
There is a stop on the throttle at the carb end, take this off all together and take all the slack up on the cable, mine did the same as yours when new, so i had a fiddle with it and sorted it.They do not get full revs with the throttle stop on, make sure you put it back on if you send it back for any reason.

No idea, mine did the same and gradually got worse until it would not start at all! It is only 18 months old and has hardly been used. I am trying to get it replaced under warrenty
