cannot get pilot light to light?

britony 2.t water boiler.cant get a pilot light.changed thermocoupling but still cant get pilot light to ignite.any ideas.jim

does the gas valve open to admit gas (for the pilot)
does it spark?
is the spark, spraking right on the oxypilot hole (where the gas is comming out?
