Mend Suffolk Punch SP500 Lawn Mower Drive

Petrol Lawn mower Blades do not turn nore does Drive roller?

Hi I have a suffolk Punch mower which has been working perfectly until this morning. The motor starts and runs fine but the blades do not spin nor does the rear roller drive it forward. I have taken off the side panel and all seems well but when I apply the tensioner the top drive wheel just stops. Is there a "Clutch" in this mower?

yes thers a clutch that contains two shoes these are proberly
worn out
