Mend Rover 214si Immobiliser Car Alarm Battery

My Rover 214si (M) won't start (immobiliser?)?

Left car for about 3 months recharged battery, car started then later wouldn't think it may be immobiliser not turning off as can't think of any other reason - any suggestions or help re turning immobiliser off?

Hi,

Do you have any remote controls for the car. If these arnt working (or rather appear not to be working) then it could be just a case of re-programming them to the vehicle. Contact Tech-tronics 0161 872 6275 and they can help with this. Bypassing is possible using the EKA code, but of course this means the car has no alarm/immobilisor or central locking then and is a bit of a pain.
