Mend Ocean Alpha 240P Boiler Heating Radiators

How can i fix my Boiler. Ocean Alpha 240P?

When i run the hot water taps or have a shower all the radiators start to get warm as well and the water temperature keeps going hot and cold, hot and cold.?
