honda harmony 2 hrt 216?

how to change the pull cord to replace a broken one at what is the correct length also.

How do you remove the small plastic flywheel off the transmission of a honda harmony 2 hrt 216 mower? I need to replace the speed control and all of the connections are under that flywheel.
