Mend Samsung LW22N23N TV Fault

We have a Samsung LW22N23N TV ; switching on problem?

It wont switch on and stay on ; red light appears then the greeen (with sound) ; it then switches itself off. Seems as though its a switch problem. Is this a known fault???

I have the same problem
I'll think it is the "power card" whitch is KO.

I look inside the TV and get this electronique card where some little componant had burned ...

But I don't now were to buy only this part to repair it.
