Hello, my printer no longer prints. When I try to add new printer to reinstall printer driver, I get an error message; " Printer driver was not installed. The specific color profile is invalid." Please help me fix this, I don't have a clue what this error means, and I'm a novice with computers, please explain in detail how I can fix this problem so I can download my printer driver again. I have already been to Microsoft and have searched throughly and cannot find any help references or get assistance for this particular error.
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP Professional SP2
Printer: Canon BJC 4300 Color Bubble Jet Printer

Best thing to do is go to canon homepage
and support downloads to get your driver
normally youll have to type in the model etc and download it
burn it to cd rom or floppy then run it(only if its on a different computer)
Thats how you you install a driver.
if you cant find it<
another good way is to type in google "canon bjc 4300 driver download" and follow the links and download it save it to hard drive or file
if its on the same computer just click it when downloaded and it should install it ok
