If it revs up when you press the primer you need to turn the "H" or High speed jet out. You will need a small screwdriver. Turn the "H" screw counter-clockwise a quarter turn to start with. OR if the machine runs now with the throttle pulled back and doesn't die. Find your "H" screw and start it up and pull the throttle until it struggles and then turn the screw counter-clockwise until it starts to run better where you like it. The screw will be on the carburetor somewhere. Keep in mind that there will also be an "L" screw. Right now you don't need that. You might need that to fine tune it.
