Mend Diplomat Washer Dryer Wont Dry

Washer Dryer Won't Dry?

Diplomat built-in washer dyer doesn't dry. Seems to be steam coming out the top of the machine when I use the dryer. Also, when you remove the washing after a period of time it is very hot and steamy but never any dryer. This has gone from working properly to this fault within a couple of washes.
